We are pleased to invite you to the 5th International Scientific Conference "Food Quality Food Safety",
which will take place in Moscow on September 23-25, 2025 The conference is one of the most
important events on the agenda of food quality and safety in Russia and internationally.
During the conference, we will discuss current issues, challenges, and scientific advances in the field of
food safety. We will also focus on innovative development technologies, international cooperation, and
strategic partnerships between scientists, government agencies, and businesses.
The program of the conference includes a plenary session, scientific sections, and international round
tables on topics such as "Russia-BRICS: Global Food Security", "Russia-SCO: Cooperation for Sustainable
Development", and "Russia-Africa: Challenges to Food Security".
The event will be attended by delegates from over 35 countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan, China,
Iran, The Gambia, Ghana, Zambia, and Uzbekistan. Experts will include leading Russian and international
experts, representatives from educational organizations, relevant government ministries and agencies,
interested businesses, public organizations, and young scientists and professionals.
The conference is organized by RUDN University, "Russia" National Center, Federal Service for
Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision, Russian Agricultural Bank, X5 Group.
